Purchasing and Shipping

How long does shipping take?
Shipping timing varies depending on the type of shipping chosen (curbside vs white glove) and also the state it is shipping to. Curbside generally takes 3-6 business days and white glove 7-10 business days.
Do you offer international shipping?
Orders placed directly from Jersey Jack Pinball can ship to US addresses only. Games that require shipping outside of the US can be fulfilled by our authorized international distributors.
What payment methods do you accept?
Credit cards, checks, and wire transfers.
Can I track my order?
For general status updates prior to shipping, please email sales@jerseyjackpinball.com. Once your game ships out, you will be emailed a completed Bill of Lading which will contain your tracking number.
What is your return policy for pinball machines?
There are no returns or exchanges.
How do I purchase a Jersey Jack game?
Games can be purchased directly through Jersey Jack Pinball or with a distributor. A full list of authorized distributor partners can be found here.
What does your white glove delivery service include?
Available for all domestic orders, our white glove delivery and setup is a two or three-man delivery team which will bring the game inside your home or business and will bring the game up or down any stairs needed. The Delivery Team will then unbox the game, put legs on, and lock backbox into place. They will also remove all packing materials. You may contact your local Distributor. JJP does not offer on-site repair.

Can I customize my pinball machine?
Modifications to games may void the manufacturer’s warranty
How do I maintain my pinball machine?
Regular maintenance is suggested including cleaning the glass, removing dust & debris from the playfield, levelling the game, replacing worn playfield rubbers.
What are the power requirements for your games?
Domestic: 120 VAC, 8 Amps.
International: 220 VAC, 4 Amps.
